Whole milk also contains many vitamins including A, B, B12, D and E. There is only 3.5% fat in whole milk. This fat is essential for all our bodies’ especially for young children.
Connacht Gold whole milk is sold in a number of formats to meet your needs. We are keenly concerned about our impact on the environment and we have introduced a 2 litre carton product to reduce our carbon footprint and increase our contribution to recycling. Connacht Gold also supplies whole milk to many primary and secondary schools throughout the region.
